Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or related engineering, 4+ years of experience in mechanical tooling design and fabrication of multi-component assemblies in CAD (NX or similar), and a solid understanding of GD&T with experience applying it to fabrication drawings.
Candidates must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to achieve company goals, and the position is 100% onsite.
Desired skills include a Master’s degree in a related field, proficiency with analytical methods and finite element analysis, experience with custom machine design and electromechanical systems, self-motivation, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with teams.
