Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will act as a frontline engineer diagnosing, debugging, and solving complex issues related to the Alloy platform and integrations, proactively identifying systemic issues, conducting root cause analysis, creating detailed bug reports, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality fixes. They will also serve as the bridge between technical teams and customers, translating complex issues into simple updates, championing product feedback, developing internal and external documentation, and helping customers and training users to maximize their success with the Alloy platform.
