Candidates must possess an active security clearance and at least 6 years of experience with complex integration technologies. A minimum of two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification are required. Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and provide thought leadership in complex customer environments is also necessary.
The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist will act as a functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Integrations and designing/implementing integrations with third-party platforms. Responsibilities include devising integration development plans and architectures, implementing ServiceNow AI offerings, developing user-specific solutions, coordinating with other developers, ensuring best practices, acting as an SME for integration and AI issues, and debugging system errors.
