Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably as a lead consultant, with proven field consulting experience in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM, and strong knowledge of ITSM. A solid understanding of ITIL and service management processes, experience with authentication methods like SSO and SAML, and integration experience with third-party solutions are required. Familiarity with industry-specific workflows in retail, customer service, and field service logistics is also necessary. Minimum CSA and CAD certifications are required, with CIS certifications being ideal, along with ITIL, TOGAF, or Agile certifications being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Consultant will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration of ITSM, CSM, FSM, and HRSD modules. They will conduct technical workshops and design sessions with clients, develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, and APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Responsibilities also include drafting and validating user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies, providing mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants, and conducting technical training for client teams.
