Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of income tax experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with tax preparation software (familiarity with OneSource preferred)
- Experience with Sage FAS or similar depreciation programs
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and franchise tax returns, along with quarterly estimates and extensions
- Prepare foreign tax returns and payments, and respond to related tax notices
- Research tax issues to determine appropriate tax treatments and reporting
- Maintain tax depreciation schedules across company entities
- Support documentation for audits and ensure compliance with property tax and licensing
