Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, with 7-10 years of experience in enterprise systems administration, including Linux-based environments and Oracle infrastructure. A valid Active IAT/IAM Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security) is mandatory, along with demonstrated experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Exadata, and ZFS storage systems. Proficiency in system patching, backup/recovery, performance tuning, familiarity with DoD STIGs, RMF compliance, cybersecurity best practices, and experience supporting Agile sustainment workflows and DevSecOps pipelines are required. Leadership experience managing teams and driving technical outcomes is also necessary, as is an active Secret Clearance. Experience with Oracle EBS, middleware (WebLogic, SOA Suite), Agile SAFe frameworks, infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and supporting hybrid cloud or cloud migration efforts are desired.
