Responsibilities

Verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/Technical Manager
Providing detailed technical design, analyses, and developing enterprise solutions
Regularly leading technical assessment and delivery solutions to the customer
Coordinating implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for HPC solutions
Providing advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions
Providing input to the company strategy moving forward
Collecting and determining data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements
Responding to requests for technical information from customers
Engaging in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often developing new methods to apply to the situation
Regularly producing internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components, and modules
Producing complete proposals for smaller engagements within area of expertise
Actively growing the company portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management
