Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Systems, Embedded Controls or equivalent Development
  • Expert in Systems, Controls and Software architecture, Calibration and Testing development processes and tools
  • Strong background in Virtual Simulation development
  • Highly proficient at analyzing unusual and complex issues while driving for results in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational agility, collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills to influence effectively across all levels of a large organization
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to plan, prioritize work and execute the plan to meet business objectives on time with quality
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skill to work effectively with people in other functions and regions
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

Responsibilities

  • Translate product and program requirements into system blueprints and testable requirements for software and hardware solutions
  • Develop and refine co-simulation environments
  • Partner with product, program, and engineering leads to define how we design, build, test, calibrate, integrate, and validate cutting-edge solutions
  • Support Feature, System and Solution BoM for the Product Area
  • Support Change control, architectural allocation and partitioning for optimization
  • Support the definition of co-simulation environments developed for each Product
  • Supporting deliverables include but not limited to: System Blueprint and BoM (FuDD compilation), SimBOM for co-simulation, Definition of done/acceptance criteria for co-simulation capabilities, Power Profiles
