Requirements

  • Degree level in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management
  • Experience in either a production, supply or demand planning role where knowledge is demonstrated, and experience gained in planning
  • Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese skills
  • IT Planning system experience to include use of SAP as a minimum requirement or equivalent ERP systems
  • Preferred: APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Master Resource Plan to ensure availability of materials and components supporting the 24-month supply plan
  • Create capacity plans to identify bottlenecks, risks, and underutilization, recommending actions to ensure future demand coverage and cost efficiency
  • Define and manage inventory levels through safety stock strategies that balance product availability and cash investment
  • Financially evaluate the supply plan to align product availability, cost of supply, and budget targets with finance partners
  • Track execution of the supply plan with production and procurement teams, monitoring performance deviations and addressing back orders or risks
  • Manage product lifecycle planning, ensuring accurate phase-ins, phase-outs, and timely communication to business stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between supply and demand plans through daily, weekly, and monthly review processes and clear cross-functional communication
  • Maintain core supply planning master data and monitor KPIs (Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Backorders, Lead Time), addressing root causes of performance issues
