Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of relevant print, fulfillment, vendor management and/or direct mail management experience
Experience in developing and managing project plans and timelines
Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
Strong financial and business acumen
Proficient in Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate project team members and stakeholders to meet established deadlines
Motivated initiative-taker with the ability to work with minimal oversight
Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
Experience in working for a large-scale, multi-layered health and wellbeing organization
Experience in working with logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel including modeling and development of macros
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner
Ability to transfer lessons learned into new processes
Flexibility in job focus
Understanding of financial & accounting principles
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required

Responsibilities

Specify, bid, procure, and produce printed materials for Enterprise-wide print mail communications
Evaluate and select print vendors for Enterprise-wide print mail communications
Manage budgets to achieve cost-effective solutions
Develop and manage project plans and timelines
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Create integrated processes among internal functions
Focus on continuous improvement of the movement of printed materials through various production processes
Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting
Promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization and outside print/mail vendors
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives
Contribute to RFP Execution, Management, and Analytics
Participate in gathering and interpreting relevant data
Assist with Budget planning and forecasting
Follow established guidelines/procedures
Use skills to make an impact
