- Minimum Level 8 Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, IT or related discipline
- Desirably with experience in a similar role
- 5+ years’ experience with a history of supporting and driving development and growth
- Excellent team building, communication, people management and management skills

Responsibilities
- Guide, grow, and motivate a talented and diverse team responsible for supplier quality
- Participate in the ongoing development and scaling of the organisation in line with business demands and ensure skillsets are in place to deliver predictable outcomes
- Grow and nurture cross-site and cross-functional relationships in a large, multi-site, matrixed organisation
- Support and ensure the achievement of project objectives and milestones
- Actively mentor, coach and ensure career development plans are in place for direct reports
- Generate solutions to process engineering and organizational challenges
- Lead a team of Supplier Quality engineers to resolve supplier related issues, drive continuous improvement and key quality metrics across the Parkmore campus
- Liaise with suppliers to execute on quality improvements, cost savings, while managing and implementing supplier and Medtronic driven changes
- Support post-market quality for components supplied to Galway
