Requirements
- BSc (or higher) in Statistics or Mathematics
- Strong working knowledge of SAS
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis for clinical research
- Ability to contribute to or manage a small number of projects
- Ability to explain statistical concepts to colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Adaptable with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team-working skills
- Interest in people leadership (ideally with experience leading small teams, but open to first leadership exposures)
- Office-based availability in Witney, Oxfordshire
Responsibilities
- Provide statistical support for end-to-end clinical trials (from protocol development to preparing publications) for global projects lasting 4-18 months
- Support growth of FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose testing system in new markets or patient populations
- Provide key statistical support to scientists and engineers for pipeline product development
- Lead a small team
- Work across a varied range of projects and statistical techniques
- Collaborate with R&D, clinical, data management, and regulatory affairs teams
- Contribute to a network of Statistics professionals for sharing best practices and skill development
