BSc (or higher) in Statistics or Mathematics
Strong working knowledge of SAS
Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis for clinical research
Ability to contribute to or manage a small number of projects
Ability to explain statistical concepts to colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Adaptable with a keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team-working skills
Interest in people leadership (ideally with experience leading small teams, but open to first leadership exposures)
Office-based availability in Witney, Oxfordshire

Responsibilities

Provide statistical support for end-to-end clinical trials (from protocol development to preparing publications) for global projects lasting 4-18 months
Support growth of FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose testing system in new markets or patient populations
Provide key statistical support to scientists and engineers for pipeline product development
Lead a small team
Work across a varied range of projects and statistical techniques
Collaborate with R&D, clinical, data management, and regulatory affairs teams
Contribute to a network of Statistics professionals for sharing best practices and skill development
