Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics, along with at least three years of experience in statistical programming. Strong SAS programming skills are required, and knowledge of the R language is considered a plus. A good understanding of clinical research principles and techniques is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Statistical Programmer will support or lead statistical programming activities on client clinical projects, producing high-quality deliverables according to established timelines and SOPs. They will specify, program, and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets, statistical analysis results, and randomization lists. The role involves creating and reviewing CDISC documentation, ensuring compliance to SOPs, reporting deviations and managing CAPAs, providing supervision to programming team members, and leading internal initiatives to improve department processes. Additionally, the programmer will prepare and perform training, identify areas for efficiency, communicate effectively with project teams, and support Quality Assurance in internal audits, while also undertaking other statistical programming related activities as needed.
