Responsibilities

The Senior Statistical Programmer will support or lead statistical programming activities on client clinical projects, producing high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines following SOPs. They will specify, program, and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets, produce and review CDISC documentation, create and validate randomization lists, ensure compliance to SOPs, report deviations and manage CAPAs, provide supervision to programming team members, prepare and perform training, identify areas for improvement, lead internal initiatives, communicate effectively with project teams, and support Quality Assurance in audits. They will also conduct other statistical programming related activities as needed.
