Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with 8+ years of technical experience
Knowledge in statistics and machine learning with practical experience applying it to solve real-world problems
Understanding of the typical lifecycle of machine learning product development, from inception to production
Good experience in LLM based application development, LLM tuning, and prompt engineering
Experience working with frameworks like Langchain, OpenAI Agent SDK
Strong programming skills in at least one programming language (Python, Golang, etc.); experience in GoLang is a plus
Experience working with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark; experience with Spark's MLlib, Databricks, MLFlow is a plus
Hands-on ability to quickly pick up new tools and languages, excited about building things and experimenting
Ability to work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver new customer-facing features and products

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and improve machine learning systems
Define metrics to measure effectiveness of processes
Contribute to machine learning applications end-to-end, from research to prototype to production
Work with product managers, designers, and customers to define vision and strategy for a given product
