Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with 8+ years of technical experience
  • Knowledge in statistics and machine learning with practical experience applying it to solve real-world problems
  • Understanding of the typical lifecycle of machine learning product development, from inception to production
  • Good experience in LLM based application development, LLM tuning, and prompt engineering
  • Experience working with frameworks like Langchain, OpenAI Agent SDK
  • Strong programming skills in at least one programming language (Python, Golang, etc.); experience in GoLang is a plus
  • Experience working with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark; experience with Spark's MLlib, Databricks, MLFlow is a plus
  • Hands-on ability to quickly pick up new tools and languages, excited about building things and experimenting
  • Ability to work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver new customer-facing features and products
