The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of consultation and configuration experience implementing complex technologies, including integrations and portals. A minimum of 5 years of advisory consultation experience with multiple ServiceNow Workflow solutions is required, along with extensive experience in leading creator, integration, and software/platform initiatives. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, provide thought leadership, and maintain a customer-centric approach are essential. The candidate must interact effectively with both technical and non-technical customers, analyze information, design solutions, and develop professional design documents. Up to 50% travel is expected.
This role involves acting as a functional and technical expert to consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions, focusing on best practices and accelerating business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting sales cycles, engaging directly with customers and partners, and advocating for customer needs internally. The Platform Solution Architect will provide architectural guidance, business acumen, and deep product expertise, while leading engagement project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes. This includes informing customers on governance best practices, interacting with senior leadership on implementation roadmaps and change management, supporting pre-sales activities like presentations and solutioning workshops, establishing relationships with product owners, promoting continuous improvement for delivery materials, and enabling other team members and partners.
