Requirements

Candidates should possess an MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of experience in the desired field. Strong background in robots or autonomous driving systems is required, as well as experience with robot learning for robotics locomotion, navigation, and manipulation. Proficiency in Python or C++ is also necessary, along with familiarity with model training frameworks like PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will work alongside NVIDIA researchers and engineers to develop advanced AI solutions for versatile humanoid robots and embodied agents, building reliable and scalable data processing workflows. They will develop and deploy innovative AI algorithms and models, create large-scale infrastructure for AI training and inference of foundational models, systematically test and analyze AI models, and engage with research and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration. Furthermore, they will collaborate with teams to transfer research to products and services, and work with robotic hardware.
