Requirements

5+ years of hands-on development using Microsoft .NET technologies including C# over Microsoft SQL data repositories, .NET Core 2.0 and higher
Hands-on experience with Angular or key web technologies such as HTML, CSS3, Responsive Design, REST
Keen eye for improvement in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
Experience applying security technologies such as TLS, SAML, OAuth
Experience with distributed, event-driven system architecture environment
Experience with Azure development (plus)
Familiarity with SCRUM activities
Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
Professional and articulate communication skills
Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
Enjoy a fast-paced environment with adaptability required

Responsibilities

Hands-on problem-solving with ability to generate ideas/solutions and adapt/learn new technologies on the job
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Refactor existing code, write unit tests, and review teammates' code
Fix problems and defects by collecting information, finding root causes, and implementing solutions
Conduct peer reviews for development team members, ensuring project conventions and requirements are adhered to
Participate in full-life cycle software development
Contribute to performance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting analysis of software
Create and maintain documentation for developed APIs
Involve and engage with other developers and teams to motivate and connect
Mentor junior team members and guide them to raise software quality standards
Estimate, plan, and implement new features in collaboration with product and design
Code based on standards and best practices provided by team lead
Keep up to date with industry trends and technology developments
