Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience as a key member of teams building ML and NLP solutions, or a PhD in a relevant field with industry experience; expert-level proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, Scala, and strong data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design and implementation skills; the ability to learn and operate across the full stack, from ML and NLP systems to cloud infrastructure and AI backend systems; and a creative and strategic mindset for building powerful, robust, and flexible solutions.
