Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in software localization/internationalization, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Informatics, and demonstrating proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS programming languages. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities, are also required. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, UNIX systems, scripting languages, and GitHub Actions-based CI/testing frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer, Localization will configure localization tools and automate translation workflows, develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards, monitor operational health, and drive continuous improvements within localization operations. They will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure consistent and localized product experiences, implement automation solutions, manage issue resolution, and maintain documentation. Additionally, they will assist team members with implementing solutions and review data for issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
