Requirements

5+ years of software development experience in a production environment
Proficiency and comfort working with Java, React, and PostgreSQL (expert-level not required)
Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices
Exposure to testing frameworks, automation tools, and infrastructure concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to take ownership of complex technical features and deliver them with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components of the Integrity platform using Java, React, and PostgreSQL
Collaborate with other developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements
Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges with creativity and independence
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to testing and automation strategies to improve reliability and maintainability
Occasionally lead development efforts or mentor junior team members
Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and performance
