Requirements
Candidates should possess 7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and infrastructure development, with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks. They should have experience in diagnosing, debugging, and fixing issues within cloud-based automation environments, and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience evaluating, recommending, and driving the adoption of both current and new tools and technologies is also required.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, the candidate will lead the design and implementation of the core test automation framework for Veeva Clinical Platform, enabling teams to adopt an automation-first approach. They will design, build, and optimize test execution infrastructure to support large-scale test execution, identify test gaps and opportunities for increased coverage, and drive adoption of automation. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define tools strategy, diagnosing and resolving issues, and mentoring team members to uphold industry-leading quality standards.
