Requirements

7+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems with Go, Python, Java, C, C++, Ruby or comparable language (Go heavily preferred)
Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and time vs space tradeoff
Experience building cloud-native microservices and distributed systems
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of ownership
Familiarity with machine learning and/or mathematical optimization (plus)
Familiarity with logistics (route planning, ride sharing, risk profiling) (plus)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain software for Golang-based microservices
Work in an iterative, data-driven environment that favors experimentation and feedback
Productionize and apply machine learning models to solve unstructured business problems
Research, implement, and integrate domain-relevant algorithms
Collaborate with a team of smart, friendly engineers to develop impactful solutions unique to logistics
