Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of the Electron desktop app, including publishing to app stores, code signing, notarization, and safe auto-updates
Design and maintain robust CI pipelines (GitLab CI) with automated testing strategies to prevent regressions
Navigate Electron and Chromium version bumps, managing impacts on device management and memory usage
Debug and optimize app performance, focusing on memory leaks and CPU usage for high audio quality
Maintain and extend native integrations with USB telephony hardware for call control and presence
Participate in on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues
Bridge web app and OS for native-grade experience, applying best practices, mentoring, and ensuring quality/agility
