Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or developer experience
  • High developer empathy - you love improving workflows and enabling others to move faster
  • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous projects with cross-team impact

  • Own the developer experience and infrastructure that enable every team to ship enterprise-grade software quickly and confidently
