Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering and be fluent in at least one major programming language, with the ability to switch between multiple languages and frameworks. Experience working on a developer infrastructure team or contributing to related open source projects is required. Strong skills in writing high-quality, maintainable, testable, reliable, and performant code are essential, along with the ability to break down complex problems and understand necessary tradeoffs. A deep care for developer infrastructure and a history of improving developer ecosystems are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will own the realization of the company's charter across key infrastructure components, including build systems, CI/CD, test infrastructure, observability, and dev/test environments. They will optimize performance, improve usability, and simplify configuration of developer workflows from pipeline to production. This role involves close collaboration with engineers across iOS, Android, web, and backend to identify pain points and deliver solutions. Responsibilities also include exploring and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, driving engineering projects to completion with a focus on developer impact, and solving complex technical problems across the stack.
