Responsibilities

Own and lead projects and areas of the product
Mentor & develop junior engineers
Design ergonomic APIs and abstractions to solve customer problems
Enable more junior engineers to do the same
Fix bugs & resolve customer issues with urgency
Drive long-term improvements to improve reliability of systems and velocity of development
Work closely with the product & forward deployed engineering teams to develop and drive new product ideas
Contribute to projects including: Fine-tuning, Environments for deployments, and Websockets
