Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, strong expertise in a modern backend language like Golang, Python, Java, or Ruby, experience with APIs, distributed systems, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is also required.
You'll report directly to the Sr. Engineering Manager and work with product managers, designers, and other engineers across the company in cross-functional teams.
Strong candidates have 5+ years of experience, expertise in backend languages and systems, the ability to balance technical tradeoffs with product impact, ownership of projects, and comfort mentoring others in cross-functional teams.
