Requirements

Baccalaureate Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
Practical knowledge of project management (may have)
Ability to work independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions
Experience with programming and configuration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure
Skills in building and developing application tables/panels/reports, and coding individual modules and complex functions for client/server enterprise applications
Experience integrating software, developing external interfaces, and maintaining technical documentation
Proficiency in designing and developing most aspects of data conversion
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues
Experience in development areas such as Mobile, Web, iOS development

Responsibilities

CASE application development, including GUI design (if required), system design, documentation, coding, and testing/debugging applications
Making changes to existing functionality or adding enhancements for periodic releases
Configuration & Implementation work focusing on programming and configuration of an ERP application integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure
Building and developing application tables/panels/reports, and coding individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application
Integrating software and developing external interfaces
Maintaining technical documentation
Designing and developing most aspects of data conversion
Troubleshooting and resolving testing issues
Formulating, delivering and/or managing assigned projects and working with stakeholders to achieve desired results
Acting as a mentor to colleagues or directing the work of lower level professionals
Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects/processes
Contributing to work group objectives through building relationships and consensus
Making improvements to processes, systems or products to enhance performance
Providing in-depth analysis and recommendations on process improvements
Communicating with senior internal and external customers and vendors to exchange information and influence decision-making
Providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area; may manage projects requiring delegation and review of work
