Requirements

5+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications
Experience in building responsive web applications, preferably using React / Redux, TypeScript, Ruby-on-Rails, GraphQL
Experience with leading customer-facing projects end-to-end (design to delivery)
Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams

Responsibilities

Work with Product Managers and software engineers to translate complex business problems into high-quality software
Partner with UX researchers to build intuitive workflows on the StackAdapt platform to help marketers achieve their goals
Take responsibility and ownership of projects from start to finish, including decomposition of work and effective stakeholder engagement
Write technical design documents, clearly outlining risks and tradeoffs
Uplevel the technical excellence of your team through code and technical design doc reviews
Provide technical mentorship to early-career engineers and support their growth
