Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed projects that delivered measurable business value. Expert-level proficiency with at least one enterprise-grade low-code/no-code automation platform such as n8n or Make is required, along with strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python. Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, including version control with Git, and an understanding of automated testing and CI are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer, AI Process Automation will lead the discovery and analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities, and architect, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows using platforms like n8n and Make, extending them with custom JavaScript or Python. They will develop integrations between core systems and third-party applications, pioneer the use of AI within automations by building agentic workflows and leveraging LLMs, and serve as the platform owner for the AI and automation tech stack. Additionally, they will champion security standards in all automations, ensure the secure handling of sensitive data, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
