Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development. Strong programming skills are required, and experience with cloud platform solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall software development lifecycle methodologies is also expected.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for programming components, features, and feature sets, working independently and contributing to team and cross-team efforts. You will participate in design discussions, design engineering processes and software ecosystems for Turbomachinery engineering teams, and transform engineering needs into business requirements and software specifications. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, define technical requirements, establish connections with Baker Hughes Digital Technology teams, lead testing and validation activities, support technical program users, manage cross-functional teams, manage project risks, ensure compliance with corporate standards, document technical data, and participate in technical reviews and program reviews.
