Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in software development
  • Proficiency in either NodeJS or Rust
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts such as concurrency, failure handling, and data consistency
  • Ability to own and deliver complex full stack features end-to-end — from requirements through deployment
  • Proficiency with AWS or equivalent
  • Experience with infrastructure as code
  • Experience developing Service-Oriented architectures
  • Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team
  • Willing to occasionally travel
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud based systems coordinating tasking and behaviors for a fleet of mobile robots
  • Develop tools and infrastructure for configuration management, artifact deployment and remote monitoring/intervention
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to design and implement UI and front-end for the above
  • Lead development of off-robot cloud infrastructure to support robotic systems
