Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and/or Software Development, with strong experience in Java and Object-Oriented Methodologies. They should have experience with automated test frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber, and a good working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA. Experience with data analytics and log analysis tools like Kibana and Elasticsearch is also required, along with knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in regression testing. Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies, and different testing approaches is expected.
Responsibilities
The Senior Software Engineer - Test Automation will be responsible for possessing deep knowledge of Veeva Digital trial products, creating an automation test plan, designing and implementing API, UI Automation, and frameworks, contributing to release testing and automation, and working on CI/CD tools daily. They will also play a key role in developing/maintaining automating tests to support regression tests, serving as a technical mentor and resolving technical issues for junior team members, communicating status, working effectively with global teams, performing code reviews, troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues, and collaborating to gather automation requirements and implement scalable test automation solutions.
