Requirements

Experienced software engineer with approximately 6+ years of experience
Strong system thinking and architecture design abilities with a design-first mindset
Preference for simple, elegant, user-first solutions
Fluency in Python (for agent logic) and/or TypeScript/Node.js (for business logic)
Ability to design scalable, observable, and reliable systems
AI optimist, curious and excited about using new AI technologies
French-speaking or understanding French (preferred)

Responsibilities

Design and implement agentic systems supporting core platform workflows with AI-forward UX impacting user productivity and clarity
Deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable code supporting fast iteration across product teams
Ensure observability and operational excellence through logging, metrics, and alerting to improve system resilience and reduce downtime
Contribute to architectural decisions using ADRs for alignment and shared understanding
Practice continuous delivery by shipping small, production-ready changes frequently using feature flags and automated tests
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Design, and other Devs to understand user needs and translate them into technical impact
Identify and act on technical debt and simplification opportunities
