Position Overview

Work on an agile team of experienced developers and architects that ensures designs and quality are meeting GM requirements. Involve from sprint planning and see development through deployment. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Analytics or Statistics.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related software development/IT position.
  • Technical Experience:
    • 5 years of experience with delivering enterprise solutions with Spring Framework using Spring boot, Hibernate and Microservices.
    • 5 years of experience with Java.
    • 2 years of experience with web technologies (ideally HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript, React JS).
    • Experience with Agile Dev Techniques (including TDD, JUnit, Mocks, Pair Programming).
    • Experience with Agile teams that have regularly delivered software while practicing code reviews.
    • Experience with creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in front-end and back-end work.
