About the Team

The International Growth team is impact-driven and focused on driving revenue growth in international markets. Our work is centered around running innovative feature experiments that test product-market fit across regions. When an experiment proves successful, we don't stop there—we take ownership of building and scaling the solution end-to-end.

About the Job

As a Senior Android Developer at the International Growth team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering feature experiments that fuel our revenue growth in international markets. You will be involved in the entire experiment lifecycle—from prototype grooming to development and the hardening phase. You will also monitor experiment rollouts to ensure our core user experience remains a high-quality bar.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with design, back-end engineering, marketing, data science, and product.
  • Design and maintain robust Android frameworks using tools such as Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Opportunity to be on the leading edge of growth experimentation in International markets.
  • Own and reframe existing feature components.
  • Create foundational automation workflows that lead to better product quality and reliability.

Compensation and Benefits
