Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for significant relevant experience, and a minimum of 12 years of experience in backend development. Strong expertise in backend development, particularly with exposure to Financial Services, Real Assets, or Fintech, is required, along with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Python, Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Azure.
Responsibilities
The Senior Software Back End Engineer will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs, collaborating with senior engineers, front-end developers, and UX/UI designers to enhance user experiences, assist in defining software requirements, contribute to code reviews and best practices, and manage data using both SQL and NoSQL databases in cloud environments like Azure. They will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
