Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the application which ingests performance data and health metrics of flagship products from various data sources into Postgres DB and uses Grafana/GWT dashboards to visualize and monitor the ingested data
  • Migrate GWT dashboards to Grafana dashboards
  • Deploy and manage the application stack including the Postgres DB in Kubernetes
  • Analyze registry performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met
  • Write complex analytical SQL queries for performance monitoring, trend analysis, and anomaly detection
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and scalable monitoring
  • Obtain and share knowledge about internal operations applications
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Provide detailed analysis and explanation of data for senior leadership
  • Act as backup for a REST API based internal database governance platform database application
