Responsibilities

  • Guide project teams on Agile/Scrum self-organization and filling framework gaps
  • Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve them
  • Build trusting environments emphasizing healing and problem-solving
  • Facilitate work without assigning or dictating tasks
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Assist with internal/external communication and improve transparency
  • Support and educate Product Sponsors on backlog grooming
  • Analyze resource utilization and track additional services revenue opportunities
  • Understand client needs, match to services, and manage expectations
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation to delivery
  • Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction
  • Manage project initiation, including contractual obligations and needs assessment
  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Identify resources, assign roles, and coordinate activities across teams, departments, clients, and vendors
  • Assign/monitor team work, provide technical/analytical support
  • Interface with clients on technical matters
  • Manage risks, issues, progress to meet goals (deadline, scope, quality)
  • Assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation
  • Manage vendor/subcontractor integration, track deliverables
  • Conduct project closure, including acceptance, handover, and post-implementation reviews
  • Identify process gaps, recommend/implement improvements
  • Utilize AHEAD systems (e.g., Salesforce, financial tools)
