Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of software development experience and a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITOM modules. They must demonstrate experience with ServiceNow system administration, workflow and form configuration, and the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow objects such as tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and script includes. Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will configure the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational ITOM requirements, design and implement workflows, forms, and automation scripts to optimize ITOM processes, and configure observability tools to inform on user behavior and system performance. They will also conduct requirements analysis for development, participate in design discussions, design and develop ServiceNow solutions, ensure compliance with security best practices and customer standards, and integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems. Furthermore, the developer will generate reports, contribute to production work, provide technical guidance, and continuously improve processes by staying informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
