  • Ability to audit and revitalize content for freshness, keyword alignment, and competitive differentiation
  • Partnership experience with Analytics/Data teams using tools like Amplitude, GA4, and GSC
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Web, Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams
  • Mentoring skills for junior SEO contributors

Responsibilities

  • Own Later’s full SEO strategy across technical, on-page, content, off-site, and AI search to drive sustainable organic growth across all business lines
  • Define SEO goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks linking to revenue growth
  • Provide actionable insights on trends, opportunities, and performance to Demand Gen, marketing team, and senior leadership
  • Lead keyword research, content gap analysis, SERP assessments, and AI search opportunities
  • Create and deliver SEO-driven content plans using E-E-A-T and proprietary data
  • Execute advanced on-page optimizations
  • Manage technical SEO initiatives including site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawl/indexation, and CMS optimization
  • Build scalable monitoring frameworks for rankings, visibility, and performance
  • Drive off-page SEO efforts for authority and backlinks
  • Regularly audit and revitalize content
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams for revenue-focused insights from Amplitude, GA4, and GSC
  • Collaborate with Web, Content, and Creative teams on integrated campaigns
  • Partner with Content on SEO-driven plans embedding E-E-A-T and 10x competitor strategy
  • Partner with Web on technical SEO, site health, and optimizations
  • Partner with Product Marketing to integrate SEO into GTM and campaigns
  • Mentor junior SEO contributors
