Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or related technical security roles.
• Cryptography: Strong understanding of public key cryptography, including implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
• Cloud Security: Hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS. Experience with Azure or GCP is a bonus.
• Security Tooling: Experience in implementing and tuning security monitoring tools (e.g., Wiz, SentinelOne, GitHub Advanced Security).
• On-Call: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Communication: Excellent written communication skills and experience working in fully remote, asynchronous environments.
• Growth Mindset: An interest in pushing boundaries, learning new skills, and growing their career.

Nice to Haves:

• Scripting experience (Python, Typescript, or similar).
• Kubernetes experience.
• Knowledge of Federal compliance frameworks (CMMC, FedRAMP, etc.).
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, GCIH, OSCP, or similar).
