Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in SAP Logistics modules (MM, PP, SD)
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in SAP Logistics with hands-on implementation experience
Ability to analyze SAP systems, including processes, functions, and customer needs, to identify improvements and optimize performance
Experience leading full SAP implementations, including business blueprinting, system configuration, and testing, while ensuring documentation of processes and system setups
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, Information Technology, or related fields
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Logistics certification

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP-based ERP solutions in the logistics domain, ensuring alignment with business needs
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including SAP solution architects, consultants, project managers, and support teams, for successful project delivery and integration
Provide expert guidance and drive results in local and international projects
Stay current with evolving technology through workshops, seminars, and professional development programs
Support and mentor team members to maintain expertise in SAP solutions
Translate business requirements into tailored SAP Logistics solutions aligned with the larger business strategy
Educate key users in system operation and provide ongoing support to enhance proficiency
Collaborate with SAP architects and developers to prepare functional specifications and ensure smooth solution delivery
Participate in SAP presales, client interactions, and implementation projects, including solution design for S/4HANA and migrations from ECC to S/4HANA
