Requirements

  • MBA/PGDBM or Post-Graduate equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of market research experience working within a market research agency
  • Proficient in quantitative research including working with tools such as Q, Tableau etc. as well as Excel and with excellent data manipulation skills
  • Experience independently managing several research projects simultaneously
  • Bachelors in biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences or similar science background (preferred)
  • B2B and/or Pharmaceutical/healthcare/life science research sector experience (preferred)
  • Dashboarding using tools such as Power BI (preferred)
  • Qualitative research – conduct in-depth interviews, content analysis and reporting (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Liaising directly with stakeholders on day-to-day project management needs
  • Contribute to project design and delivery discussions and manage project timelines
  • Brief and manage agencies where appropriate
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and charting
  • Work on creating research deliverables and independently group and organize findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story
  • Attend presentations and support the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights with delivery of (part of) the research findings and recommendation
