Senior Research Engineer at Flow Traders

Candidates must possess an Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps and Research Engineering. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is required, as well as demonstrated experience in designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Prior commercial experience in designing and implementing systematic trading systems is also necessary, alongside familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark, experience with data visualization and reporting tools, and understanding of databases and query languages for data extraction and transformation. Solid understanding of modern software development practices and tools (e.g. Agile, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) are essential requirements.
