The role reports to the Sr. Engineering Manager/Engineering Manager and is accountable to Project Manager(s). It involves frequent interaction with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and external labs.
Strong candidates have 8+ years in reliability engineering or failure analysis, preferably in medical devices or robotics, hands-on expertise with analysis tools, and experience mentoring junior engineers while driving best practices.
