Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Fluent English
Effective planning abilities (tactical & strategic), including anticipating changes, monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and developing tactical plans
Extensive experience in quality management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9000, Baldrige principles); skilled in interpreting data, leading reviews, and developing standards
Proficient in motivating teams to meet or exceed quality goals
Adept at collaboration across individuals, groups, generations, functions, regions, and levels to solve problems and achieve targets
Effective influencing skills, including persuasive arguments, active listening, and identifying decision-makers
Skilled in problem solving, using diagnostic tools for organizational, operational, and process issues, including risk analysis
Expert in quality risk management, documenting processes, analyzing metrics, highlighting risks, and contributing to crisis teams
Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles, waste identification, integration, benefits, and risks

Responsibilities

Designing and supporting the development of comprehensive quality assurance strategies, robust processes, clear guidelines, and effective control plans to guarantee product excellence
Championing the creation and execution of corrective and preventive actions to achieve quality objectives and targets
Analyzing and addressing internal and external non-conformance trends, implementing solutions to maintain and elevate quality standards
Leading, managing, and mentoring diverse teams, including team leaders, quality specialists, and inspectors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Preparing and reviewing detailed reports with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to collaboratively resolve quality challenges
Leading the administration and continuous advancement of quality management systems to ensure highest standards of quality and reliability across manufactured products
