Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in quality engineering, including 4+ years of focused testing in Certinia / FinancialForce environments, on functional and regression testing of Go-to-Market systems (Salesforce.com) and related integrations
Deep understanding of financial and PSA business processes
Knowledge of quality methodologies, including functional, performance, regression, black-box, and white-box testing
Solid understanding of test automation technologies (ACCELQ, Selenium WebDriver API, XPath, JUnit)
Experience implementing test scripts with XRay is a strong plus
Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.com and Certinia
Eagle-eye attention to detail and experience ensuring Salesforce.com and Certinia configuration and customisations are implemented correctly
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, exceptional time management, and task execution skills
Innovative problem solver with top-notch troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of motivation and deadline-driven productivity
Coding experience with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python and the ability to create sophisticated test automation is a plus
Hands-on knowledge and understanding of Salesforce processes and customisations

Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end testing strategies for Certinia PSA, FFA, Revenue Management, Billing Central, and other key modules
Drive test planning, execution, and automation for Salesforce-native solutions integrated with Certinia
Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Postman, or TestComplete
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UAT, and performance testing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and test coverage
Ensure financial process accuracy in areas like time tracking, expense reporting, billing, GL/postings, and project accounting
Understand and account for the intricacies and interdependencies of Salesforce processes and customisations when verifying changes
Implement automated testing integrated into the DevOps lifecycle -- design, develop and maintain test automation scripts
Keep up-to-date on quality engineering and Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to Procore’s Salesforce.com platform
Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution using Jira
Participate in release planning, impact analysis, and sign-off for production deployments
Contribute to the evolution of QA best practices, frameworks, documentation, and team mentoring
