Requirements

Candidates should have strong experience in software quality assurance, specializing in areas like test planning, QA automation, performance, or security testing. Expertise in relevant tools such as Playwright, WebDriver, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, or OWASP Zap is required. Experience as a team lead or mentor, guiding and supporting QA engineers, along with a solid understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and QA processes, is also necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will provide expertise in test planning, automation, performance, and security testing. They will collaborate with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies and best practices. This role involves leading and mentoring QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation code for quality standards, and planning and executing test strategies for comprehensive coverage. The engineer will work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle, identify and implement improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies, and conduct training on QA best practices. Additionally, they will define KPIs with the Director, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
